controller doesn't calibrate

I have been trying for hours to calibrate the remote but it just doesnt calibrate.
the throttle works perfectly but when I calibrate the steering, the left side works
but when I move it to the right side it just jumps back to the left. Is their any way to get a new remote? I finally buy the game and it ends up being defective :( i really wanted to play this game, please help

Is it a usb connection? That might be the problem...

we tried it on several different computers and it still didn't work right. now im playing it with the wheel as the throttle and the throttle as the wheel. its the only way I can use it :(

driving me crazy trying really hard to calibrate it properly but nothing seems to make it work well
the throttle works perfectly but the x axis - steering works like crap, when steering to the left its fine, and when steering to the right its hardly respond
the reaction of the right steer is just less sensitive than the left steer, a lot less.

i tried calibrating from there also, didnt help much, what should i do ?

btw, im using a real gameport ,not usb

hey there i was wondering if anybody knew how to get the cpntroller to work in this game it wont callibrate and then when i do get it to calibrate the car disent move the wheels turn to the right and thats all it dose, and i cannot access the update tech. support. the website seems to be down.

Are you calibrating the controler in the game only? Have you calibrated it in windows through the control panel under game controllers? I had problems with calibrating and what worked for me was to calibrate in control panel first (with the game closed), then start Realrace and calibrate in the game. Thats what worked for me. Hope it helps for you as well.

I did calibrate mine in windows it shows when i steer left the brakes are applied a bit, it shows the exact same thing in game uppon turning left the brakes are applied 50%
