I just bought G4 sim . Im getting a error messige it reads- error creating effict shadow receiver directionl water. what does this mean? the specs on the box reads for the video are 3d acceleratedvidowith 32mb dedicated video memory full direx9 compliant (pixel shader 1.4 support )

It sounds like your video card is NOT directX9 compliant.

Having DX9 installed does not mean that your video card is DX9 compliant at the hardware level.

Vendors often will sell older chipsets as newer "budget" cards, so you may actually have a DX7 or DX8 compliant card in your system.
