I have along with several others (Search the forums for the other posts)

My solution was replacing the graphics card for a newer better one!

That sounds like a graphics card issue. What card do you have right now?

Great. What card does he have? You don't want to know how much my SLI set up was with dual 8800GTX superclock cards then     LOL My PC's (http://rcheliace.com/Computer.htm) the one I gave to my son when I built the new one. His has a single 8600GTS and it runs great. He has another 8600GTS under the tree though ;)

Wingman57: Duh, many many games have specific requirements. The box for G3, G3.5, G4 all have requirements.

So why are you posting such a fuss when all it shows is you have difficulty reading instuctions.

Non-conductive fluid. It just makes a mess but that's about all. Just mop it up with some paper towels and fix the leak. And yes reading the minimum and recommended system specs is helpful.

YOU'VE GOT TO BE F**** KIDDING THIS IS BULL S*****
omg when i bought my last one it only cost me $48 :( :( :(

No, it's just the norm in the computer world.

Vendors don't help you either.

In their attempt to sell you the lowest price computer they can, and because of your reluctance ( as a buyer ) to spend more than you have to, they typically sell you a system with a card that can JUST BARELY do the job, hardly able to deal with 3D.

The bad news is that you usually have to spend MUCH more for a good graphics card.

You are complaining about needing a $175.00 video card. Many of us had to spend 500.00+ many times over keeping up. You are getting off lightly, count your blessings...

It's just the nature of the beast.

The expletives are a rather immature response as this has NOTHING to do with Realflight's design, and everything to do with the ( ahem ) substandard machine you have.

The upside for you is a better video card will let you play many of the newer games, and sims, etc.

You are in "Full Screen" press Alt-ENTER to get back to windowed mode.

Wow. having un-installed and re-installed 4 times before asking a question / hour of your life you will never get back. Finding out just hitting ALT+ENTER was the problem / priceless :p

Never be afraid to ask what you may think will be a stupid question because the one you didn't ask... Well, you get the point after 4 re-installs ;)

RCHeliAce, since you water cool, which I do too, do you have problems with the coolant disappearing over time? Every couple of months, my system runs low. I can't see any sign of a leak, though. I'm wondering if it's evaporating? Any advice?

I hardly ever have to add fluid to my system. What fluid are you using? I use Fluid XP+. I have had this system up for about 5 months and have only had to add a few drops just to keep it at the high line. It was just under the line so it wasn't really required but I'm anal like that. What parts are in your loop and what are you cooling? Also, what are your temps.?

The solution came with my kit, made by thermaltake. They call it 'bigwater.' I only cool the cpu as the block for the gpu would short out the card. (I learned that lesson the hard way, too.) My temps if I recall are around 50 deg cel, but I don't monitor my temps full time anymore. I only see it in the bios. I've been watercooling for a couple of years, and my fluid disappears over time.

The big water fluid is no good. It is thick and does not dissipate the heat that well. How did you short out a GPU with a water block? I have never seen that happen. Did the block itself bridge contacts on the board? If you are water cooling just the CPU and get temps like 50C I would stick with a good air cooler. You will get better results. Is that temp a max temp on a high OC? I barley hit 55c max in an Orthos stress test and see about mid 40c area in a 3DMark06 on the GPU's. Day to day use is 36c CPU temps and mid 30c area on GPU's. Gaming for hours only brings me up to 42-44c CPU and high 30c to low 40c area on GPU's. If I kick up the fans on the rads and open the windows (or turn up the AC) I can get the CPU down to 27c and GPU's to 29-30c.

Yes, the block shorted out thr contacts on the gpu. I tried a heat sink and fan, but rf would not run fast at all. If I recall, my temps are max 50-55C, normally 30-33C. For a while, I wanted to get a drinking fountain's compressor, and cool with that.

LOL, My next project will be disassembling a mini frig and turning a full tower case into a frig. Or another idea was to have a mini frig as a base for my PC and put the rads inside to cool. I would mount them in a way as to retain some use of the frig for drinks too.

I had a guy try to sell me a water cooler, telling me that I could put some coils inside the cold water reservoir, and still use it as a water cooler! Boy, did that seem like work!!!
