Mine really confused me while Flying in MS Flight Sim X.
I use a Logitech Wingman joystick, but the plane kept powering up on its own, full flaps and the breaks were locked.
After about ten minutes I realized my Interlink was what was doing it. I played around with it for a while, but went back to my joystick being the default.
Hope this helps.

I used an Interlink Plus to play Geometry Wars once.

Yes it works just fine.
Calibrate it in the control panel and assign your axis as appropriate in the game, etc.
If you have kids around, I would not do this...
You can easily replace a less expensive controller once they demolish it.
You would be quite P.O.'d if they did the same with the G3/G4 controller.
