what programs do people use to make the planes? Do you name each components?

1. You need a program called "KEMax". There's a link on the knifeedge.com home page.

2. You need either 3D Studio or Blender (along with an additional export script.) The script is available in a thread on the G3.5 Designer's corner section.

Seriously: Why isn't this info in a sticky? There's one in the 3.5 forum, but not here.

Actually KEMAx is a plugin for 3D Studio that permits it to export .KEX files which G3/G4 understands.

It's not really a standalone program.
