installing downloaded planes into G4

Does anyone know the process for installing downloaded planes and airports from this site into RealFlight G4? where do the files go or what do you do with them?

download file from swap page, save it to your desktop, open g4 click file, import then i think its somethin like rfx....slect the file you just saved to your desktop and press ok....voila....its done!
