How can I move center of gravity?

Read the manual and can't see anything about this.
I'm sure its easy?

"Edit" the plane ( this brings up the physics editor ).

Turn ON the "advanced" editing features in the editor ( see menu at the top ).

Now select the second entry in the lower left pane's "tree" view and you'll get the C.G. adjustment.

Or add lead (mass component) as you would to the nose or tail of a real life plane.
