very best setting for heli practice

I have actually went to the training mode and find the quicker the heli gets back to top end the quicker i can get on with learning. Could anyone tell me what they feel is the best setting available on the 4.5 for helicoplter simulator training? Some of you guys have probably figured it out by now and it would save me a whole bunch of time if someone who has it down would tell me what to set mine on etc etc.. thanks. Ace58

Not sure what you're talking about, but if you press the P key while the heli is spooled up on the ground, it'll reset to a spooled up position.

I learned how to hover in normal mode and low rates.

what i mean is the most realistic you can make the program. What things you don't need on that would interfer with a realistic flight sim. I have disabled several things and I think I have made the heli move around the smoothest way possible. Clear as mud. Thanks!
