Somebody else here did mention this problem, but that really isn't going to help you solve it. Check to make sure you don't have an o for 0, l for a 1, etc. You must contact tech support to resolve this problem. There really is no help on this issue available in the user forums here. http://www.knifeedge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22007

I had the exact same experience as you. I don't think there's anything wrong with your copy, or mine. I think the problem lies with the web page on RealFlight. Most unfortunate.

And 1 of them mistyped 13 instead of I3. I'm betting the others made similar mistakes.

Check your serial numbers carefully. That is probably the problem.

If you are still having trouble, PM me your contact info and I'll help you out.

If you had trouble before, try it again. We just did something that may help.

Please provide more information about exactly what is happening and at what stage. Are you able to enter your serial numbers successfully? Do you receive any error messages?

The activation server is experiencing some difficulty, and it was non-responsive. We fixed it again just now, so if you were having problems with the actual activation portion you should try again.

Have someone else enter the numbers, you would not believe how many times you can make the same mistake, I did over and over again, had wife do it, and bingo.

Make sure the center digits are I3 (eye three) not 13 (one three)

All the other digits are numerical....

We had the same experience until we realized one of the "1"s was an "I" (i)

Standard QWERTY US keyboard. 9th key on QWERTY row (including tab). Look at the letter on that key; it is an capital "I", without the top and bottom bars.

Hit shift and enter the capital "I" in the first box for the interlink serial entry. Continue with serial number entries.

There has been mass confusion regarding this simple entry error for the interlink.

Don't know why? The US keyboard has been around for quite some time.
