I AM TRYING TO INSTALL THE G5 UP GRADE ALL I GET IS Knife Edge Software Installer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. WHAT DO I DO I NEED HELP PLEASE

I guess the first thing to ask here is what version are you upgrading from? Also, can you get a little more specific with the error? When exactly did it happen? What is the exact error? Also, please type in plain English and in complete sentences, so we can help you more efficiently.
