Best way to record video of G5?

Anyone have any ideas? I have a PCI video card that I could maybe hook up to a video camera...anything that records in the computer (like CamStudio) seems to suck up too much processor...

Fraps. But it all is processor intensive. Each time a new RF version is released, people ask this question. You might try searching the forums, or scrolling back to the first posts from each release.
