Working Interlink in G4.5 does not work for G5

Greetings everyone...

As the title says my working interlink in G4.5 does not work with the G5 upgrade.
G5 says it can't find my Interlink, yet G4.5 continues to run without a problem

Both G5 software and interlink were registered including using the "I" for my interlink And I'm on G5 ver 5.00.027

**Note: I've searched the forum and have seen others with this problem but no solution has been offered.

Anyone with a solution care to chime in? If not I'll call support on Monday (11/23/09).

Try calling support.

This may be outside of what any of us can help you with.

Also it does not happen with any frequency, so it is hard to tell.

Just following up here.

I called tech support and was told I needed to send my Interlink in for a replacement. Turns out there are incompatibility issues between G5 and some of the Interlink controllers shipped with prior versions.

Mine goes in the mail today and I hope receiving a new Interlink is a speedy process.
