Import local photoReal field?

I confess I've not searched G4.5 or G5 to assertain if it's possible. Isn't posting the question here an expert search?

I would love to practice in realFlight on a field that looks just like what I fly from. If it is possible? What would be the hurdles to do it (import panarama photo)?
