Try resetting to defaults using the launcher. It will ask to recalibrate again. Then call tech support if the problem continues.

I'm guessing the sim is not shutting down cleanly and is actually crashing just before the ini file is updated.
Please call tech support.

I actually saw this problem the first couple of times I re-opened RF 6. I was suggested to re-calibrate and make sure I flick every switch and turn the knob as well as just moving the sticks around. That fixed my problem.

If i move my controler in my hand, i can see the axis change by itself. I think im gonna have to open my controler to give some tention to the spring, or do a big contact clean... ill see...

Hello,
My controller prompted for calibration every time I changed aircraft or airport.
I launched game in fullscreen then calibrated because I have quite low-end notebook.
I tried to calibrate my controller in default windowed screen. It was laggy but it worked!
After clicking on "Finish" button I heard "beep!" sound [I think it means that calibration was successful]. I did not heard this sound when trying to finish calibrating in fullscreen mode.

There should be no audible beep when you complete the calibration. It may have been unrelated. If this problem persists first go to control panel under joysticks(I think) and calibrate there then calibrate in the game and that should be it. This has worked for others in the past.

I have the same problem... it is not consistent. I now run RF6 in admin mode. Happens less frequently... Win7 Ultimate OS.

NO IT IS STILL HAPPENING IN ADMIN MODE. Something is wrong and it is a pain to setup and loose all your flight settings each time.

The beeping is a mystery. If that's happening, I wonder if its a Windows thing.
But based on these reports, we discovered a bug related to calibrating in full screen. The calibration data was being saved correctly. But clicking OK was being treated the same as Cancel for the purposes of storing whether a calibration had been completed successfully. That means it would nag you to calibrate repeatedly because it didn't think you had finished the job.
The good news: you were flying with a correctly calibrated controller the whole time. You were just getting a lot of incorrect prompts to recalibrate.
This bug will be fixed in the next free update.
