How Not To Rate Files

I'm seeing ratings like this more and more. If you can't use the file because you don't have the required software, how can you assign a rating to it? (And no, the EA cannot be uploaded to the swaps. It's not possible. If you want a particular file, buy the required software!) Personally, I don't care what kind of ratings I get on my files, but I know other people feel differently. Don't rate files until you fully evaluate them!!
