registration code

bought a used version of real race from the flea market when i was on vacation over the holidays but when i went to install it it asked for a registration code from the box, i did not get the original box with it....is it somewhere on the cd? I recieved a blue disk stamped real race and duratrax and a radio controller with a wheel and a trigger...any help? stratcat98@aol.com

The registration number should be on the CD Case.

the cd is in a clear plastic sleeve however,so i'm still s.o.l.
you would think(as i thought) that the registration code would be on the cd or contained inside the cd as that is the actual thing your paying for. again thanks for the reply and happy new year!!!!!
b.t.w. does the same code apply to all the cd's or does each one have its own?

When you buy software, you just buy a license to use the software. Not the software its self. You never actually OWN software. If you read most license agreements, it also states that the company can ask for the software back at any time. Just an FYI.

Is it possible to send the disk back to knife edge and get it replaced?
