How do I switch the Smoke on and off In Flight

Can I use a switch on my radio to toggle this option on and off ?
Like in Competition ?
maybe I am missing something in the menu's

You can turn the Smoke on and off by pressing the ' key.

It is also available off one of the menus(Edit or View?...I don't recll !

I forget where but you can change the color of the smoke too. I have bright purple smoke! Very cool.
