Uprgading

I have tried several times to upgrade to the latest version...the online update program just keeps locking up after downloading a little...I submitted a bug report..this is nuts...why can't we just download the update.?

downloaded fine this morning...must be an overloaded server........oh well..thanks......daryl

I'm having the same problems. The program tells me its downloaded ok but when i use it the exe file does not work. I now had to reinstall 6 times and im pretty pi**ed off. Why can't we have a zip file to download just once per upgrade. :mad:

Try clearing the download cache, then do an "update to specific version" and check "Completely Refresh" option.

Also, Product Support should be able to get you a self-expanding EXE for updates if you cant get that working.
