static sounds on the heli engine sounds

I recently installed a new video card in my computer(nVidia TNT and since then when I fly the helicopters (realflighe Deluxe) there are some
static popping sounds about the same level as the normal engine sounds. They get fainter or louder
as I change the speaker volume. Is that normal
with the particular card or is there a way to
eliminate them??

What sound card are you using? Try reloading the sound driver.
