Real Flight Deluxe on Windows XP not recognizing theTransmitter Interface

I recently did a fresh install of Windows XP and Real Flight Deluxe does not recognize the Transmitter Interface which allows me to use my own transmitter. I have a USB printer, so the Transmitter Interface is on the LPT1 port by itself. RFD was working great on Win98, what can I do?

There is a document for manual install for Win2000 that usually works for XP. Follow it and your're back in the air.

Don't bother me now, I'm flying RFG2...
Or am I flying the real thing? I can never tell till the landing...
