Post messages in the G2 General?

I checked the forums and I get a form to post messages in every forum except the G2/General forum.

There I get <BLOCKQUOTE><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>Only registered users can access this area. You have not yet confirmed your email address so this area is restricted.[/quote]

Hmmm. Lets see if others can post in that forum. I looked at the settings and they look ok

I was going to thank you Scott for this under your announcement. But, I got the same message as Dave quoted when I tried to reply to it. Haven't tried the other post areas yet. Again thanks for this discussion area. Alot better than the e-mail way. :D :D :D

The announcement area is for postings by Knife Edge only. Subsequently it's read-only to everyone else. Sorry for the confusion.

i submitted a post here and i had to go back as it said user name a requried field and i had a user name so i re did the profile and now hopefull this will post ...lol
