About 50% of the time I can't log in. Then, sometimes, it lets me in (and post, as now) without logging in! This sites software must have been written by the same guys who wrote the R/F software -- the ones who came up with planes that have disfunctional landing gear, etc., etc..

If you're having trouble logging in to our discussion boards, there is a link on the login page you can click which will help. Instead of entering your username and password, click the link that says: "Can't log in? For login troubleshooting steps, click here." In the past, all of our users' login problems have been a function of their browser settings. The symptoms you report are consistent with those we've seen in the past, so I think the instructions on that page will solve your problem.
No, we didn't write the code for these discussion boards. Infopop did. And we have no control over what browser settings they require in order for you to be able to use the service. In addition, they don't provide technical support for actual users such as yourself. All we can do is try to provide some tips that we learned after going back and forth with them after these problems started happening, and that is exactly what we've done with the webpage mentioned above.
Now, what is this problem you're having with landing gears?
