illegal function errors

When selecting airplanes with realflight classic I can select planes that are four channel but any with retracts or flaps comes up as a illegal function error. I am using a older Futaba Conquest FP-T6NFK and the realflight radio interface. Has anyone else had this problem?

Is the interface setup for four or more than four channels?

Don't bother me now, I'm flying RFG2...
Or am I flying the real thing? I can never tell till the landing...

I have tried every way I can think of to calibrate the radio, even in the advanced calibration area, and still no luck. It works fine on all the planes except the P51 and the ultra sport.
