lost cd case and serial #

i recently bought a new computer do to malfuntion with my last one. in this exchange i;ve lost my cd case and of course on the back lay the serial #.how or were can i go for help. thanks

Did you ever register the software? If so, you could simply give us a call at 217-398-8970 option 1 and get your serial number, otherwise simply call up and explain the problem, we can more than likely get you a new number.
