Hello all,

I have the original RealFlight disc and the G2 upgrade disc. Lets start with saying that everything worked fine on my old motherboard. I have upgraded to an A7V333 with onboard 6-channel audio. I have not had any other issues with this machine except that RealFlight pukes. The installation goes through quick for RealFlight (original) and then when I try running a window pops up saying something like this "T18467.ICD has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconveience." When I click on the "details" it says something like this... C:\DOCUME~1\CAYLAN~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER202.tmp.dir0 0\appcompat.txt

I am clueless here, I am a unix guy so this makes no sense.

I have the latest drivers. I have messed with all the compatability settings. I have tried everything there is to do and I have all the latest updates for RF.

HELP!

I am really busy so please email me if you want to chat. Take the CRAPSPAM out of the addy.

i@caylanCRAPSPAM.net

Thanks much,

Caylan

ONboard sound or vid. are often hard to use because of the drivers. What are the specifics ofyour system. Are you running any Norton anything? Virus checkers or desktop enhansers? or disk compressors. Did you udate before trying to run RF? If not then files were corrupted and must be manually uninstalled then reinstall and update before trying to run again. Then reboot twice and then try to run. Don't know if any of this will help but you didn't give us much to go on.
