RealFlight classic controller and the new G2 software

Will the old controller(Futaba w/ game port) work with the new G2 or G2 Lite software? N E 1 know?

It depends on the version of RealFlight G2 that you have. However, if you buy G2 it includes the controller, so you shouldn't need to use your old Classic/Deluxe controller.

If you install the G2 upgrade (not to be confused with the Interlink upgrade), then yes, you will still use the same gameport controller.
