Hud,
The only suggestions I have are. To be absolutely sure that you have the latest rf updates, just in case :), bring up the rf control panel and click on (search for latest version updates) As long as your certain that you have the latest updates and also drivers etc. , then maybe try to go back to an earlier update version for your RF and see if that helps. If that doesn't work and if you don't get any other reply's in here, your best bet is to maybe email support about your problem,(include system operating system your using, 3d card info, direct x version (should be 9x at least) etc. about your cpu to make it easier for them to help you) or call them(not toll free though I think) Just go to the first screen that you came to before you came to this disscussion board. Look to the left for
( Get In Touch ) then click on Contact us. Also there is a whole bunch of information in this disscussion board but might be hard to find the problem that mirrors yours. Also KE has other information which you can look threw thats also on the main page before you get to this disscussion board.
Also, giving the most information about your system when you post here, again the operating system your using, windows me or xp etc, How many mhz your cpu is, how many mb ram your cpu has, type of 3d card your using and how many mb ram, direct x version your running, the number of the update version you currently are using for either your RF classic or RF G2, whichever one you have, etc., probably would make it at lot easier for anyone reading your post to maybe give you info for a fix.
Just in case you didn't know how to find the information about your cpu you can do this. On your desktop, lower left of screen, click on (Start) then on (run), the type in (dxdiag) then click (OK).
Good luck,
