practice. use a trainer model. practice. set the visual scale to 2 so its easier to see. practice. stay close. practice. set the time multiplyer to a lower number. practice. try 50% and work up from there. practice. move it up as you get better. practice. set the control sensitivity lower so that you don't over correct. practice. then as you get better move that up. practice. did i mention practice? goodluck...
