Windows ME

I recently purchased G3, but after installing it, I recieved an error message. I've contacted Real Flight, and would you believe their response is that they've discovered that the software isn't working for Windows ME and that they are working on it. I can't believe that they have advertised that it works for ME and now discover this problem. This is extremely expensive software to be sitting here in the box. Anybody have any input let me know.

Have you tried updating to the new version? Click here (http://12.156.2.54/forums/showthread.php?t=9220) to find out how to get it. You haven't provided any details about the problem you're experiencing, but there's a good chance this will solve it.

If you update to .327 and still have the same problem, please do the following:

Describe exactly what is happening, including the steps it takes to reproduce the problem, and all error message that you receive.
Post your system specs: CPU speed, graphics card, amount of RAM, etc.

Yes, it looks like it is working and feel free to delete this thread. If I run into problems I will post a new thread. Hopefully tonight I will test things out. Gotta love checking online forums at the office....:)

Again I am lost and have a question, what updates I can not find any update of any kind for G3! I am thinking of changing to WinME because I have some programs that will not run under XP. OH this is not for my main online computer just my online downloading computer that I mostly use to feed my TV movies and such.

Whenever I see the term "Windows ME" I get goosebumps.
Ditch this crap. It's the worst OS M$ ever released PERIOD (if OS is even the acceptable term for this pile of s..t).
If you don't have the extra cash/computer power to upgrade, better stick with Windows 98 SE as it is by far better.
Just my 2cents. :D
