Add-Ons Volume One

I tried today to load add-on Volume one, It doesn't accept the serial number I have on my G3 jewel case. I type it in, and the next box remains grayed out. Anyone have this problem? :confused:

Use the Serial Number supplied by KnifeEdge below, it is for volume 1 and 2 of the add-ons, for use with G3:

I got the G3 addon 1, but my serial is saying "E1" in the center where it should say "RF" :confused: :confused: :confused: any help available?? : :confused: :(

There two products...

Expansion pack 1 (http://www.realflight.com/products/gpmz4111index.html) (compatible only with G3)

and

Add-on 1 (http://www.realflight.com/products/ao1index.html) (compatible with G3 & G2)

If you are trying to install Add-on 1 with G3 then use the following serial number ...

15737246-RF-1842326951 (as suggested by r1derbike's)

If you are trying to install Expansion Pack 1 (which it looks like from your screenshot, E1 = Expansion pack 1) then use the serial number of the back of the CD case

If you still having problems then you could try contacting support ...

I had problems loading the (old G-2) add-ons, nr's 1 and 2, and through using the advised number (look elsewhere in this thread) and with support from RF guys, who managed to solve the problem trough 'learning' my computer a special number, given to me by them after I informed them about my serial number and computer related other stuff. In case of trouble, contact them through the technical support button on the launcher of G-3. They responded within 2 day's!!!!!!
