G3 running problem

I just bought and install my RF G3 Flight Sim....Every time I try to launch the program, 6 pop up error messages will show before the program close...The list of errors are the following:
-Error creating effect. GrassBillboards
-Error creating effect.TreeBillboerds
-Error creatin effect.Quad-Group-Billboard2Axis-FaceCameraPlane
-Error creatin effect.Quad-Group-Billboard2Axis-FaceCameraPoint
-Error creating effect QuadGroupBillboard3Axis-FaceCameraPlane
-Error creating effect.Shadow receiveDirectionalOpaqueFFP
Then the Close Window...
Is There something I can do to get the program running??

It was a video card problem for me. I bought a new video card and the problem went away.

I bought an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro AGP 128 on eBay. My old card was an ATI Radeon AGP 32 All In Wonder card and apparently it would not support all of the Directx features that Gee3 uses to run.

The message "error creating effect [Whatever]" is a pretty good indicator that the graphics card doesn't support some features that G3 needs to run. A list of tested/supported graphics cards is available here (http://12.156.2.54/forums/showthread.php?t=9216)
