Can't Install Add-On 3

Hi guys, I just received a copy of Add-Ons 3 for RealFlight G2. When I try to install it, I always get an error message. I’ve attached a picture of the message below.

Can someone please help?

I’m running winxp with sp2.

You've got yourself a colorful coaster :( I had the same problem on G2 and now G3 and after much Trouble shooting and disk replacing KE says it's a "Micorsoft" problem.

Their only recommendation was to stop all running processes and try again. Still didn't work.

I'm pretty sure it's a but in their installation software.

It's too bad to hear that you have the problem as well.

tried downloading the installFIX, thought that everything was solved but when the CD was prompted for registration same problem apeared
still i am a bit closer to installing the addon :o
