I highly doubt any RF will ever simulate any changes in altitude. But by adjusting your plane though you can simulate air denseity changes to match your home altitude.
  • Smaller prop with less pitch
  • Less lift on the wings
There is an old thread somewhere to simulate the altitiude correction.

I would not worry to much about air density changes. As knowing your planes orientation and the correct command to adjust it is more important than being perfectly seasoned for high altitude flights.

Accually, I need air density change simulation to check the behavior of the high-altitude mountain FPV drone. Low density air makes dramatic changes in aerodynamics/inertial balance of the aircraft.
Some thing I need to mention as well.
  1. "air breathing" engines need a power drop. not electrics though
  2. Frontal and parasitic drag as well need to be reduced.
  3. As far as the prop specs my memory is hazey. .1 or .2 inches out of diameter and pitch per 1000 ft but thats for a airplane I am not sure about multi-rotors
