I just did a clean install of Vista on my machine and can't seem to get the kex converter to function right. I did everything just like the readme file say's, and I still could not get it to work. So I just droped the (kemax.dle) file into the plugin's folder in the 3ds max dir. now Max sees it but when I go to export I get an error that reads:
An unexpected error occured while writing the output file. Please contact Knife Edge Software.
I am using 3ds Max 8 W/Vista Home Premium (all updates.)
P.S. It was working just fine in my old Xp pro...
