Swap import question

hey all, first post and a real basic question. Once I download a swap and extract how do I then get it into my G3?

I see that G3 has an import file option, I even imported the TRex heli file, it said that it was successfully imported but it doesnt show up in my choose aircraft dropdown.

So someone walk me through the basics of getting a swap aircraft installed
