Collision Meshes for RF models

I may have overseen this explained in the forums somewhere, but can anyone help explaining how to prepare and add collision mesh for models prepared for RF.

Must this be prepared in 3ds max?

Could some explain detailed to some extent the procedure to make this work for models prepared for Realflight. I see KE write something about it, but I lack the ability to grasp the details here, to understand how it is done.
