T6XA in G4

Hello people. After some years of use my control realflight g4 broke, now I'm trying to simulate with the radio T6XA of Futaba, but the controls are don't calibrated, the aceleador is working only half up, and the elevator about halfway down.

Does anyone know how I can fix? I tried calibrating it several times.

Have you tried calling tech support?

You should have the newer Interlink with G4, and they can and will help repair that.
