Run G2 Problem ?????

When I go to run Realflight G2 a Error message comes up as follows:

Error: Unknowen

File: L:\kelib2\DirectX\DXApplication.ccp

Line: 528

What is the problem? Untill I get this fixed I cannot run G2... Please help me?
