Whats the deal with this stupid NEXT button on the install!!!!!!!!!
Ok why is it that I cannot get the dam NEXT button to highlight on the install!?!?!?! I try to call their support line and the line is just busy... Am I calling someone's house or a business???
I put in the serial number and then it says if I have the interface adapter to put its serial number in too. So I do, and still nothing. Did anyone bother to test the software before letting it out the door??? Does anyone have a solution to this ???? |

Yes, we have had a slight packing error with our G2 upgrades and full versions. To clarify, if you have a full version G2, your serial number should be XXXXXXXX-G2-XXXXXXXXXX and if you have a G2 upgrade cd, your number should be XXXXXXXX-U2-XXXXXXXXXX
If you have a problem concerning this, please call us at 217-398-8970 and we will get you a new serial number. Derek Bloom Great Planes Product Support
