Images and video to forum thread

What is the preferred method to upload images or videos to the forum, and what are the size restrictions.

Click post reply, scroll down to manage attachments, select your file and upload.

Size requirements are listed on the upload page.

And the file size restrictions are WAY too small for any camera manufactured after 1990. And I can't even upload a screen capture because my monitor has too many pixels to come in under the limit. I have to crop or resize everything before I can upload it.

Is anything ever going to be done about the fact that vBulletin 3.8 does NOT support https & secure browsing?

Yeah a upgraded version of vBulletin would be great. Currently the latest version is 5.3.4

Thank you for the information on uploading files from the computer, the manage attachments select box is what I needed.

Just testing screenshot upload.
I apologise for being a new user to the forum, only ever read posts, never really needed to respond.
70 yrs. old and getting with the times, sorry I am not very computer savvy.
Have flown realflight since G4. fantastic simulator, but now I mainly use rfx. incredible graphics!
