I completely reworked the nose and wing gear today. I had already worked on the nose gear but I wanted it to look better so I reworked it again. The wing gear was the semi-scale gear I normally use but the T-28 gear is different so I made a new set with the split door design like the T-28 has. Here's two renders of the new gear.

Thanks.. this one's seems to be a bit tough to get right for some reason my 3ds Max code is harder to get looking right, don't know why though.

I cut out all the canopy parts today and added a shell to all the frame parts so they have some depth. There's actually six parts to the canopy, front, middle and rear glass and frame. Hopefully this works.. let me know.

If it works for you, it's looking great to me ...

Is the canopy going to open and close?

If not, It still is looking fantastic! or should I say .... Awesome

I'm not sure I'll probably put a slightly recessed floor under the canopy. I couldn't begin to create a scale looking cockpit for this plane so I'll probably put something very simple. SO.. the canopy could move.. but without anything inside I'm not sure why? Thoughts?

There has to be a way to lure in some of the local experts to lend suggestions?
I would love to know enough that I could offer a hand..

I actually miss designing ... been ages

There isn't a day that goes by when I fly at least one of your models.
+1

Great work as always Technoid. Each of us who make custom content come from different corners of the RF flying field. Some like scale, some like helis, some old timers, some 3d, etc. And of late, I am enjoying using RF as the testing tool to flight prove RW models. There is room for all my friend. You may never fully know how much joy you bring to other pilots by the planes you create-- both those who can go a RW field and those who cannot. Don't compare your work with what others do. You have your own unique and awesome style.
