Radeon

Try the 7097 drivers on the www.rage3d.com site they seem to work for me (the first dx8 ones that do).

Radeon

I have just purchased the g2 and unfortunately for me I didn't read this forum before I purchased a Radeon 32 DDR. I now see all these issues. Other than these can anyone tell me any other things to look out for or things that may make my life with the g2 a little easier.

Biggs,

I too strugle with ATI. I am running A P4 with
ATI 32 DDR and it is very poor at best. I am currently using 4.13.7072 and it sucks. I will try 7099 and see how it goes.

I'm pulling mine out

Half my Aircraft FAIL............I thought I was doing well with the RADEON however, my problem is that half the Planes freeze the system, i.e. 18 FLY - 18 FAIL they lock up during take off / roll out.
Thinking ATI driver, DirectX 8 reinstall certainly the SB PCI512 is not the problem, Still locks with NO sound, Any thoughts???

RADEON 32MB (SDR) Driver

Thank You.... NigelR the 4.13.7103 driver SOLVED the lockup using my RADEON 32MB (SDR). I would have pulled it out just the same today, if the Blaster Annihilator-Pro GeForce I was holding was PCI. I do like the TV out on the ATI. I'll look at bench marking the RADEON with my setup. Building a SIM PC and do plan on using the Annihilator.
Thanks Again
