RF8, RFX password reset

Sorry to post this here, but when posted on the RF8 products, it did not show up under "New Posts", so I'm thinking less people will see it.

I've installed RF8 and RFX on the new PC from their original DVDs.
I'd like to upgrade to the latest for both, but cannot as the passwords for both have been lost.
Is Horizon Hobby support the place to go to get the passwords reset?

Am upgrading from the following, and am guessing there have been a few upgrades:
RF8: ver 8.00.013
RFX: ver 1.00.028

Thanks
