Here's what it looks like there's no fin going down at an angle. Mine was patterned after this picture it's not perfect but the best I could do.

Technoid you appear to be right the cooling fins are parallel, just the rocker arm mounts are angled.

I just finished reworking the rocker arm mount when I posted the picture and then watched a movie with the wife so it's never been exported and loaded in RF yet. But after I do that I'll post some pictures of it. I'm also moving the spark plug behind the exhaust valve and there's a fair amount of work to finish that so it might be a while before I can post pictures of it from RF.

I've been working on moving the spark plug behind the exhaust valve it's not perfect but here's what I got. I still need to move the exhaust pipe forward to match the new exhaust port position but once that's finished I'll put the engine in realflight again. Please no improvements to the spark plug I've worked on it a lot and this is the best I can get it. The spark plug wire color will change when I add the changes to the color scheme.

Looking real good Tech.....Based upon what I see in that pic. As well, I like what I see
regarding the base of the rocker supports, it appears that the supports are 90 degrees to the based....visually, that is huge improvement, if you can provide another view ( like the one you just posted, only from the front in a 3D format) that would be nice.....

I moved the exhaust pipe forward to match the new exhaust port location after the changes so now I'm ready to get it going in realflight again. But I'll only have the top cylinder in the new format I won't duplicate the cylinders until I'm sure I don't want to change it anymore.

Thanks for the pic. I don`t know if my stamp of approval counts or not..??? But, yuo`ve got it, Having the rocker mounts the same length is exactly what I was looking for, it makes a world of difference, thanks for your effort.!! I know it`s time consuming AND frustrating at times, but, thanks for working with us, AND especially, letting us work with you and offering our suggestions. That`s only a part of what watching your builds fun too be a part of and keep tabs on.

Cool deal I'm glad you like it I worked hard to get it right. I just tweaked the spark plug cap a little bit it's not much different but I can see it here in 3ds Max for sure, but on the plane I'm not sure.. but I guess I'll find out soon. Of course now I need to go back and remap the changes to the engine and fix the bad polys on the ailerons, so there's still a bit of work to do before I get it going in realflight. But once I get it in there I'll post two or three pictures of the engine so you can see it.
