The only way most of us will ever fly an engine like that is in the simulator. Really cool though and interesting layout.

I just finished the Moki 250 7 Cylinder Radial. The only thing I had left to do was rework the exhaust pipes on the exhaust ring. The extra cylinders pushed things around so the exhaust pipes on the exhaust ring interfered with the pipes on the bottom cylinders. It was hard to find a picture of the back of the 7 cylinder but I found a guy selling one and he has several shots of his engine. I wanted to upload the picture of the back I used so you can see why the exhaust pipes on my model aren't centered. Look close at the exhaust pipes on the exhaust ring and you can see they're pushed towards the right side of the engine and I made mine the same way. So when I post a picture of the engine and you notice the exhaust pipes on the exhaust ring aren't centered you'll know why.

I'll send you an email with it soon. I thought it might look good on the F3F.

Well nothings constant with me but the changes. Today I made an F6F template and overlaid it on Rage. Then I reworked the wings, hstab, and vstab so now they're close to the F6F. Here's a picture of the old and new versions with the new version on the right. Notice the wing has a lot more taper in front and back than it had before. The last thing I want to do is put the Moki 7 cylinder on it then it'll finish it out and release it.

OH. I haven't remapped the changes yet so that's why the new version has a Star on both sides. But I wanted to share the changes and see what you think.

I was kicking some butt the other day with stock planes . but if I where to rank myself I would say I am in low A tier or upper B. depending on if there is an S tier at the top or not

EDIT How about some rocket pods like the skyraider has

I did some more work on Rage today I modified the hstab and vstab a little more and put the Moki 7 cylinder on it. Here's a picture for you.

Guns and Rockets... I'll think about it.

Now this is a nice radial.

Looks like it's finished. I can't remember where I saw them but it was some company that was offering electric motor casings that were things like radials and inlines.

The new radial looks great, I like the redesigned wings and Hstab.

I thought I'd drop by with a short update on Rage. I went back today and reworked the chamfer on the ailerons and added chamfer to the elevator and rudder. Now all the edges have a nice rounded look which gives them a more finished look than they had before. So now I guess the only thing left to do is remap all the changes. Ha.. I've changed most of the parts so that will be a fair amount of work. I guess in the end I like the plane but it took a while for me to get it where I was happy with it.

I also aligned the plane on the grid it was off a fair amount so I need to update the physics for those changes too. The thing about creating custom planes is the only people interested in them are people that just like to fly and aren't concerned that it's not a model of a real plane. But anyway it's almost finished now.

apparently they are developing a 6 cylinder engine https://youtu.be/J3yf7RVmpGs
