Gear door problem

Ok I fixed a lot of little issues, but now hit a big one. Your gear door area and the gears will not lining up the way you modeled it. I'll have to move the main gear up a bit and reshape the bottom of the fuselage to accept the gear and make new doors

Ok a few one night later...

Ps had to cut off your forward air scopes and re do it. you mangled it pushing the verts back and forth.

Front Befor and after

and Side are all the new showing the new reshaped belly. the bottom pic of the three has the new air intake, and same with the head on one.

Any chance we can remove the Pigen roost on top if the Tails?

Looks Great Terry You can take out the rooster tails. The tops pf the Stabilizers right? With the bigger belly can you extend the bottom staballizers a little?

thanks

Cool

I got the physics done but there are a few problems with it, this gear dont actually retract, and the sim says some of the parts are not staying linked to their CS~...'s And i will probably have to wait for a more final version of the model to be certain.

Ps.Junk boy I was wondering if i could have the kex file for this so that i can Start from that instead of a g3x file? pm me for my email

Physics

Hey MyFly021

You might want to hold off on the physics just yet. The model was flipped on its Z axis so I just rotated before export out of Deep Exploration. A new one will be posted when I get a chance to re do it. I'm hoping to get it to fly like the SU-30 15 %. I have G4 and can upload a RFX and a G3X file when It is ready for physics setups work. I do my gear a bit different. Here is a quick Example of how these are linked.. The SG : LG and RG are the parts at the bottom just because that need to Rotate to steer and the Mains need a 30 Degree Rotation to fix in the Fuselage. The main Gear still need an Over Center Bar set and should look like this (Animated GIf) but going forward when finished

BTW thanks for the offer.

JB! It appears the physics control movement and the graphics movement are opposite. Have a look.

I did notice that too... The control surface visually moves one way while the model flies in the opposite direction..
I think it might have something to do with the model comming from G3??
please, correct me if Im wrong. How would you fix this problem?

Usually that issue has to do with pivot points. If the aircraft was rotated 180 degrees on the z axis you would have to rotate your pivot points as well.
