Here is an adjusted version that no longer shuts off on landing.

Also I've toned down the engine power, as the original plane was far too overpowered, esp. at takeoff.

This one takes off as you would expect with a more "scale" climb.

One file is just the variant, the other containst the whole plane and scheme.

Enjoy Nizz's fine work!

Great Stuff. I love this plane. Partly cause the sound.
And all these mod options just make it last that much
longer lasting :-)

Try flying it with 1 wing AND land it.

Now if only someone would make a Trex-SE or at least
post that Trex-SE mod of the x400 that I saw on a group
I don't subscribe too ;-(.

Also an easystar and twinstar II.

Excellent (Glider)!

The Cliff-Wing is Fantastic! Just for laughs, after flying the Cliff-Wing @ Sierra Nevada Cliff, I popped the Pilatus on the slope, took-off, killed the engine, upped the retracts and slope-soared with it, using the flaps for more lift as needed...a hoot!

The Pilatus/Cliff-Wing/Variants all improve Nizz's creation!

Oh... a little something I recorded, titled, "I'm flappin' 'er all I can, Captain...and I still can't get 'er airborne!" (homage to Scotty, on Star Trek)

Oh! The twin turbine contrails are a nice touch too, whomever did that (on Pilatus)!

I have slope soared almost every plane in the menu on the Sierra Nevada Cliff. It is so fun. And amazing. You can kill the engine before you launch this way: reload the plane with the retracts up. When it reloads, the engine is instantly killed and there has been no forward movement. Now, pop the landing gear down. The aircraft will roll down hill and take off and you are slope soaring!

747

i tweaked the 747 a little, flaps work on the rotary knob, increased throws a little, still playing with the cg, and the gear only move with the smoke switch. i cant figure out why it takes allmost 30sec at full power just to get moving, In all, very well done, I like it.

Well im getting better at it. I got the balance where i think it should be. I mixed in some up elevator when the flaps go down. Its approach speed is below 40 and then it tries to fall fron the sky. At about 1/2 power its got a good decent path with good pitch control for touchdown. Ithink the brake is still on. it stops very quickly after touchdown and takes forever to get rolling. If I can figure out how to upload it I will. i think I just need to export it from g3 and then the upload in the manage attachments just below here. Anyone with the know how please let me know. Thanks
