Maybe put it here above the extinguisher label ? I can bump the bags for depth


the small one in the map pocket is how I'd like them placed ,up to you if you want them in just one pocket or both

Yes I do, I will have to admit, there is some depth there that might be hard too achieve without the use of a psd/layers

You'll only need one label on the map. It'll work for any amount of bags.
