Ya know, I`m not sure how too interpret that trim assist info., I`m wondering if it has anything to do with the bungees or springs (depending on model or year...???, they both were used)..RE: "take off setting"..nose up would be my guess as well.....but history says..if I two choices, I "almost" always get it wrong LOL..

Got a question for ya Donamy, Is it your intention to make the tail section of the plane pivot with an elev. "trim" input from the TX..???

The dial on the DX. I guess I'll add the tail empennage as an attached fuselage.

OK, thank you, then that begs the question, what about the rest of the goodies, other than the normal flight controls and throttle...i.e. cowl flaps, doors and I guess in this case, the flaps and landing gear...just curious, know that I know about the tail section....

I can show you how to do what UT said Donamy if you would like. By the way UT the A-1H and the B-52H both have moving stabalizers.

Thank`s Legoman, I`ll take a look at those, I`m just asking out of curiosity, I think I might have a pretty good idea, just want some conformation, albeit, it might be to soon for that.. not sure,..??..

That would be appreciated. Will be a little longer before being ready for RF, but I need to plan the parts and naming.

Thanks

I notice your son's plane doesn't have the re-enforcement ridges, on the rudder. I'll have to change that.

HMMM.... you might have a point there Donamy, ..It looks like the pic. was taken at high noon..(based on the shadows) SO, if you`re right, they should show ??...Hold off on that for now, and let me see what I can find out,...If they have to stay, and he mentions the fact that his rudder ISN`T like that, I`ll give him a Jethro Gibbs slap (maybe two) on his head...,...I`ll find out ASAP ..(by tomorrow) I`m guessing you can work on naming, hierarchy etc... in the meantime...,..???

Hi Donamy, I actually talked to the mechanic today that `s been doing some work on the plane, he told me the rudder AND the elev. have smooth surfaces... (other than rivets). So go ahead with the change...
