Thanks for everything guys, but the problems between myself and team redbull have been resolved. The work on the B-17 and the TBF-1 Avenger will commence. I hated putting that my projects were terminated and probably did it rather quick, but it's all water under the bridge

In a mood for Teasin you guys

I know everybody's been waiting on this thing and it's getting close. I haven't had enough time to do any texture mapping (it takes a while), so Just been working on things that don't take to long. Need to finish the cockpit glass, nose and waist guns and the top turret, but wanted to tease a little with this screenshot

Yes the B-17 would be cool with bomb doors, but no I doubt it'll have them. If I get some of the smaller projects completed so that I can focus only on the 17 I may add better detail to it with the doors and all. Poly's are running very high on it though. I got rid of the radials to bring the polys down, but they're getting higher with each detail going into the plane

the radials are about 3,500 poly's each, so 4 of them put me up to 14,000 poly's just in the radials. Makes for a rather boring looking model.

What's happened is modelling isn't to far up my priority list at this point. I'm tryin to restore an entire house, get ready for a baby, fix customers vehicles and take care of my pregnant wife all at once and all by myself as well. As you can imagine, that doesn't leave me a whole lot of time for doin a whole lot of anything. I thought I was going to be getting some help so I'd be able to work on some planes, but I was wrong.

Cowboy, it looks like you have your priorities in proper order. Family first, then play. Your models are always worth the wait.
